i flipped through a few just to get a feel of the job market. mostly, the jobs featured are in the service and sales industries, including part time and full time jobs. but there seems to be a tight competition for good potential employees and the companies would use photos of happy employees and wonderful descriptions to project favourable image. As for salary, it is quite standard.
sometimes, the magazines would do features on certain industry or career path. they would also classify the jobs according to job locations. v convenient i must say.
then, there are also plenty of gift catalogues at convenience stores and the post offices. they are pretty well designed and i like to flip through them, but some of the gifts really baffled me.. like cooking oil and can food… but most of them are just simply lovely to look at. ^_^
